Mr. Chan is the founder and Executive Director of Enviro Energy International and is responsible for the group’s overall strategy and execution.  His experience in international finance and the resource industry spans over thirty years.

In the early 80's, Mr. Chan and his partners were responsible for introducing a new innovative technology called "Heap Leaching method" to the gold mining industry which led into many successful IPO and underwriting of various gold mining companies.

Following his successful ventures, he turned his focus into energy industry in the early 90's. As a result, this provided Mr. Chan with the opportunity to use his financial management expertise into his new role of a corporate manager to build and manage an energy and resources company. With his success in backing new technologies he began to utilize new technologies into commercialization for the company's energy and resource projects.

Mr. Chan's vision in applying new technologies into Energy industry originated from concerns on climate change that is mainly caused by fossil fuels. The business that he has assembled not only addresses the solution for climate change but is also highly regarding for all shareholders due to the multiple revenue streams that it provides.

Ms. Mok Kam Sheung Christie
General Counsel & Company Secretary

Ms. Mok is mainly responsible for the legal and regulatory compliance of Enviro Energy International as well as the general secretarial and corporate affairs of the group. Ms. Mok has over 12 years of experience as a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong, specializing in corporate finance, secondary market fund raisings, and public company compliance and related transactions. Prior to joining the Group, she was a senior associate at DLA Piper Hong Kong, a world-renowned international legal services organization.

Ms. Mok is a member of the Law society of Hong Kong and the Law Society of England and Wales. She graduated from the College of Law, Chester, England and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Plymouth, England. Ms. Mok was admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Hong Kong and in England and Wales in 1997 and 1998, respectively.

Mr. David Yip
Corporate Finance Director

Mr. Yip is responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of corporate finance for the Group. By broadening relationships with major institutional and corporate investors both locally and globally, Mr. Yip has significantly increased the market awareness and profile of the Company. His experience in the banking industry includes positions with Merrill Lynch, HSBC and ING Barings. He has ten years of experience executing financial transactions including China Shenhua Energy, China Power International, Huaneng Power International and CLP Holdings. He is ranked as the top 3 of the best earnings estimators for Asian utilities in the 2008 Financial Times/StarMine survey. 

Mr. Donald O. Downing
Senior Vice-President

Mr. Downing has over 30 years of experience in international marketing and business development for large corporations and management consultancy to the energy industry.  He is currently the chairman of the international advisory board for Petromin Resources Ltd.  In 2004, Mr. Downing founded TerraWest Energy Corp., which owns one of the coal bed methane (CBM) production sharing contracts (PSCs) with CUCBM in the PRC.  Prior to this, Mr. Downing was the Managing Partner of Longview Energy Partners and Vice President and director of Norwest Corporation - North America's premier Coal Engineering Consultancy.  Mr. Downing also served as president of the Coal Association of Canada for five years and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.  He is regarded as a leading North American CBM and Coal expert.

Mr. Adrian Chan
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chan is mainly responsible for the overall financial management, internal control function and accounting function of the Group.   He has over nine years of experience in corporate finance.  Prior to joining the Group, he was associate director of UOB Asia (Hong Kong) Limited (“UOB”), mainly responsible for the execution of financial advisory, initial public offering (IPO), merger and acquisitions, privatisation and other equity capital market transactions in the Greater China Region and Southeast Asia.  He has also previously worked for the equity capital markets department of DBS Asia Capital Limited, the corporate finance department of Vickers Ballas Capital Limited, and as auditor for a top-tier international accounting firm.

Mr. Chan graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a bachelor of commerce degree in Accounting and Finance.  He is a member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, respectively.
